When will you send out my order?

Your order will be sent out within 2 days, and maximum within 5 days during public holiday.

How much is shipping cost?

For order with total value under US$38, shipping cost is US$6.00 per order. If the total weight (including package) is less than 200g, shipping cost is US$3.00 per order.

Shipping cost to South America is US$9.00 per order for order with total amount under US$58, and US$4.00 per order for the total weight (including package) is under 200g.

Shipping cost to South Africa is US$15.00 per order for order with total amount under US$68, and US$5.00 per order for the total weight (including package) is under 200g.

Is there free shipping available?

Yes, for order to North America, Europe, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, and most Asian countries, when your order amount is US$38 or over, we offer free shipping for your order.

For order to South America, when order amount is US$58, and the total weight (including package) is under 2kg per order, free shipping is available.

For order to South Africa, when order amount is US$68, and the total weight (including package) is under 2kg per order, free shipping is available.

Wholesale orders are not qualified with free shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?

For order to North America, 10 to 25 days;

For order to Europe, Middle East and South East Asia, 7 to 15 days;

For order to South America, 15 to 40 days;

For order to Australia and New Zealand, 8 to 15 days;

For order to South Africa, 15 to 30 days.

For those countries where only Yanwen Registered Airmail is available, delivery time is 10 to 45 days.
