What is your payment term?

Standard payment term is T/T 30% deposit, balance pay against copy of documents. L/C at sight is another option for orders with total amount over US$30k.

What is your MOQ and MOA?

Standard MOQ is 1,000 per item per design for pre-ordered products. If you join combined production with other customers, no MOQ requirement, but would need to meet minimum order amount of US$3,000 per order, and follow production period from combined order.

MOQ for stock products is 12pcs of every item, shipping and shipping cost should refer to terms of shipping for wholesalers of stock products.

Is there any handling cost for small amount orders?

Yes, there’s extra handling cost for small amount orders, details are as follow:

Order amount is 3,000 US$ to 5,000 US$, handling cost is 500 US$;

Order amount is 5,000 US$ to 8,000 US$, handling cost is 300 US$.
